How we work

Six clear steps. No surprises.

Each step ends with something you can see and try. You always know where the project stands, what comes next and how long it will take.

  1. 01Discover1–3 weeks

    Understand the problem.

We learn your business, your users and your current product before we promise anything.

    What we do

    • Talk with you and, where possible, your users
    • Review your current product, code and data
    • Check what is technically possible, including AI
    • Point out the biggest risks early

    What you get

    • A short written plan
    • A list of risks and how we will handle them
    • Options, with pros and cons
    • An honest estimate of time and cost

AI helpsWe try AI ideas on your real data first, so you know what works before paying to build it.

Done whenWe agree on what to build first, and what to leave out.

  2. 02Design2–4 weeks

    Shape the product.

We design how the product looks and works, and plan how it will be built, at the same time.

    What we do

    • Map the main steps your users take
    • Design the screens and a clickable prototype
    • Plan how the system will be built
    • Agree on how all the parts connect

    What you get

    • A clickable prototype you can try
    • A consistent visual style for every screen
    • A clear build plan

AI helpsIf the product uses AI, we also design what people see when the AI is unsure or wrong.

Done whenReal users have tried the prototype, and it works for them.

  3. 03Build6–16 weeks

    Build it, step by step.

We build in one-week steps, so you see real progress every week.

    What we do

    • Build the product in small weekly steps
    • Show you a working version every week
    • Test as we go, not only at the end
    • Keep the code clean and documented

    What you get

    • A working version every Friday
    • A test version you can share with your team
    • Up-to-date documentation

AI helpsAI tools help our engineers move faster, and a senior engineer checks every change.

Done whenEverything we agreed on is built and working.

  4. 04Test1–3 weeks

    Make sure it holds up.

We test the product thoroughly, so your users do not find the problems first.

    What we do

    • Test every important flow, automatically and by hand
    • Check it stays fast when many people use it
    • Check security and data protection
    • Make sure it is easy to use for everyone

    What you get

    • Test results
    • Security issues found and fixed
    • A launch checklist

AI helpsWe check AI features for wrong or unsafe answers before real users see them.

Done whenEvery launch requirement is checked, not assumed.

  5. 05Launch1–2 weeks

    Go live calmly.

We release the product gradually and watch it closely, so we can switch back to the previous version quickly if needed.

    What we do

    • Set up hosting on accounts you own
    • Add monitoring and alerts
    • Release to users gradually
    • Publish to the App Store and Google Play

    What you get

    • A live product that you own
    • Dashboards and alerts
    • A plan for what to do if something breaks

AI helpsWe put limits on AI costs and response times, with a backup if a model fails.

Done whenThe product is live, and we can switch back to the previous version in minutes if needed.

  6. 06GrowOngoing

    Keep improving.

After launch we watch how people use the product, keep it fast and affordable, and plan what comes next.

    What we do

    • Track how people use the product
    • Keep it fast and reliable
    • Reduce hosting and AI costs
    • Plan new features, or add engineers to your team

    What you get

    • A short monthly report
    • Faster, cheaper running costs
    • A plan for the next round

AI helpsAs real usage grows, we make AI features cheaper and more accurate.

Done whenWhat we learn here starts the next round of work.
